Entry period for Easter 2021 will commence soon.
The Lake Light Sculpture organising committee now invites applications for the Easter 2021 event. In it’s 19th year, the event offers a prize pool of $26,800 and enjoys visitation in excess of 20,000. The event is open day and night and many visitors visit the event a number of times to view the sculptures in both daylight and by moonlight.
In 2021 the event will be held from Good Friday 2 April, 2021 to Noon Easter Monday 5 April, 2021. The exhibition is open to all forms of sculpture. Professional, experienced and emerging artists, tradesmen and community groups are able to exhibit in the event and the exhibition attracts a strong field of established, mid career, emerging and novice artists. The exhibition will be judged by an expert panel with major awards offered in categories including Illumination, Environment, Youth and People’s Choice. A sculpture residency at the Australian National University will also be awarded.
